About Our Staff & Studio

Our Instructors are the core of our studio - meet those who make everything possible.

A Personalized Approach to Yoga

Our studio operates on the idea that everyone is different, and therefore, everyone does best in different types of yoga. Some may find they do best in a more high-energy style yoga, while others may find that exhausting and prefer a slower-paced, Zen style. No matter which style ultimately fits your body and goals, we will be able to help guide you in your journey to find balance and strength through the power of yoga.

Meet Our Instructors

Attalie Santiago

Owner & Yoga Instructor

As the founder and owner of Me, My Mat, & I, Attalie's connection with yoga began when she realized running was no longer conductive to the health of her joints. Through yoga, she discovered the ability to center and connect with her body, in a way she'd never been able to do before.

Since then, she's been dedicated to sharing her passion, and has spent the last 12 years teaching others how to connect their mind, body, and soul in their own journey.

Don Chennault

Don is a 200 hour RYT yoga instructor. He completed his Baptiste Power Vinyasa course in spring 2016 at Breath & Body Yoga/RYS in Austin.

He practiced yoga for four years, before entering the teacher training program, where he learned essential techniques, alignment principles, toga history, assisting skills, and breathing dynamics from a devoted and passionate trainer. He finished the course with an illuminated sense of connection to the world, and a deeper awareness of the collective and individual needs of others.

Kym VanBibber

Kym has always found conform in movement - which lead her to earning her minor in modern dance at Northern Illinois University, and ultimately lead her to her yoga mat. Additionally, Kym's passion for core work and strength training pointed her towards earning a certification in Les Mills CXWORX in 2015, and her love for dance lead to her certification to teach Barre through Balanced Body Pilates later later in that same year.

Her light-hearted classes will challenge both your body and mind, all while encouraging you to laugh with yourself and others as you build strength and achieve a stronger core.

June Seager

June has been teaching yoga since 2015, after earning her 200 hour certification from the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga. She discovered yoga after looking for a way to heal from postpartum depression. From the moment she stepped onto her mat for the first time, she was able to connect and start the process of healing.

As she continued, she decided that she wanted to share this healing gift she'd discovered for herself, and took the first steps towards becoming a certified yoga instructor. Her desire for more knowledge has helped her expand into a wide variety of different styles and forms of yoga. She believes that yoga can benefit and should be accessible to everyone, and her mission is to help students nurture their body, mind, and spirit by clearly guiding them through a yoga practice that is skillful and enjoyable.

Diana Wilcox

Guest Instructor

Rooted in a life long love of movement and athleticism, Diana’s Journey to Yoga sparked the first time she walked into her first power vinyasa class just after her collegiate Diving career ended. Growing up, body awareness and dynamic athleticism shaped Diana’s life. Having a background in competitive dance and gymnastics, Diana shifted her focus and attended the University of Texas in Austin for collegiate diving where she was named 2-time All American and MVP.

Yoga sparked the same fire the Diana had always experienced in all of her athletics. She was inspired by the power of the breath, the connection of the mind body, and the possibilities that emerge when you let go of resistance to your own edge. Diana integrates exciting inversions, powerful sequencing, and playful transitions in her teaching and her practice.

In her classes, you can expect that you will dance with your edge, get upside down, and expose yourself to the strength that you already have. When Diana is out of the studio you can expect to find her training for her next marathon, soaking in the sunshine at Barton Springs, or enjoying a glass of wine with her friends. Work hard, play hard, and discover new possibility in the process. Power Vinyasa 200 RYT certification at Breath and Body Yoga in December 2013 Bowspring alignment with Desi Springer 2014 Power Vinyasa 200 RYT with Leah Cullis 2018. 300 Hour Advance RYT with Gioconda Parker in 2019.
