Andrea’s love for yoga has been her passion for years. She enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training to grow her personal practice and to deepen the understanding of yoga. It wasn't too long into the program that she realized her passion and knowledge needed to be shared.

Andrea completed her 200-hour RYT from Dragonfly Yoga Studio, under the guidance of Alexis Ridge-Simek with an emphasis in Vinyasa flow and classical Hatha yoga. She also has completed her 30-hour Prenatal, Restorative and YIN Yoga YTT, along with being a Y12SR (Yoga for Recovery) facilitator.

She has trained with Rolf Gates, Shiva Rea, Nikki Myerss and Seane Corn. Andrea has continued her yoga journey through the Yoga Teacher Therapy Program with Brandt Passalacqua of Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy, as a Yoga Therapist. She guides her classes with compassion and a nurturing style, which is her true nature as a mother and grandmother. Her yoga philosophy is to link our breath to the movement, stay in the present awareness of your body and mind and together we will calm our mind and open our hearts, finding balance and bliss.
