Rooted in a life long love of movement and athleticism, Diana’s Journey to Yoga sparked the first time she walked into her first power vinyasa class just after her collegiate Diving career ended. Growing up, body awareness and dynamic athleticism shaped Diana’s life. Having a background in competitive dance and gymnastics, Diana shifted her focus and attended the University of Texas in Austin for collegiate diving where she was named 2-time All American and MVP.

Yoga sparked the same fire the Diana had always experienced in all of her athletics. She was inspired by the power of the breath, the connection of the mind body, and the possibilities that emerge when you let go of resistance to your own edge. Diana integrates exciting inversions, powerful sequencing, and playful transitions in her teaching and her practice.

In her classes, you can expect that you will dance with your edge, get upside down, and expose yourself to the strength that you already have. When Diana is out of the studio you can expect to find her training for her next marathon, soaking in the sunshine at Barton Springs, or enjoying a glass of wine with her friends.
