June Seager

June has been teaching yoga since 2015, after earning her 200 hour certification from the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga. She discovered yoga after looking for a way to heal from postpartum depression. From the moment she stepped onto her mat for the first time, she was able to connect and start the process of healing.

As she continued, she decided that she wanted to share this healing gift she'd discovered for herself, and took the first steps towards becoming a certified yoga instructor. Her desire for more knowledge has helped her expand into a wide variety of different styles and forms of yoga. She believes that yoga can benefit and should be accessible to everyone, and her mission is to help students nurture their body, mind, and spirit by clearly guiding them through a yoga practice that is skillful and enjoyable.
